To the editor:

Many of you received a flier in the mail this weekend paid for by the Carroll County Democrats indicating I was taking our public schools in the wrong direction. As a matter of fact, I was instrumental in increasing public school funding by $126 million in the last budget. Not one dime was taken from the public schools to fund the Education Freedom Accounts.
