Think for once MAGA members; if Biden controlled the justice system, or had weaponized the DOJ like Trump was trying to during his term, why would Biden's son still being tried on a minor gun charge? Do you think Biden is completely in control of the judicial system but just forgot his son was being charged? It's moronic to think that Trump is in trouble for any reason other than he brought it on himself. His constant, and sometimes very public, violations of the Constitution and laws is what has landed him in this situation, nothing else.
