To the editor:Regarding Dr. Kennedy's piece in the Dec. 14 Daily Sun. All those who want a socialist, communist country where we're all dependent on the state for our livelihood raise your hand and vote for the Democrats (any one of them) on Jan. 8. Those who want a shot at regaining our liberty, vote Republican. You want to be free from poverty? Fine. Put off having children until you're married. You want a great health care system? Fine. Pay for it. You want to be rich? Work and save your money.Don't buy frivolous things until you can afford them. Oh! And here's something for the Susan-Meeker crowd. Hug a tree this Christmas.
