As Conway prepares for its upcoming town vote, the Mount Washington Valley Housing Coalition is voicing strong support for several warrant articles aimed at what they believe increases housing availability, promotes smart growth, and ensures safe living conditions for residents. The Coalition says these proposals will help address the ongoing housing challenges while balancing commercial development needs and maintaining the town’s character.

"This year's affordable housing related warrant articles demonstrate that the Conway Planning Board, with the assistance of Town Planner Ryan O'Connor, is committed to making sure that housing is attainable for everyone in our community," says Coalition Chair Josh Brustin. "These zoning changes give us a real shot at shifting from talk to action and the addition of much needed housing stock for those who live and work in the valley."
