Until now, many folks have been faced with having to choose between using cannabis as medicine or recreationally and exercising their constitutionally protected Second Amendment rights.

Currently pending in the N.H. House is HB 1446, which amends our New Hampshire medical cannabis law to protect Second Amendment rights of therapeutic cannabis patients from federal interference and prosecution by incorporating those rights as an essential and integral part of our medical cannabis program.
