A report on a harassment investigation has been kept under seal in North Conway Water Precinct either out of a consultant's mistrust of two participants in the interviews, Mark Hounsell and Ted Sares, or because commissioners are withholding it to head off a backlash from the critical report. These two versions of events are argued during a petition hearing in Carroll County Superior Court. Focus: Tamworth is keeping the heat on Tamworth selectmen, alleging that the town board is holding illegal meetings and otherwise collaborating behind the scenes with officials affiliated with Club Motorsports Inc., developers of a controversial motor sports facility.
