CONWAY — If you enjoy Valley Vision (Channel 3) or Madison Community TV, you'll soon need a digital box to continue viewing the local channel. Time Warner Cable is notifying its subscribers that local Public, Educational and Government access programming will be delivered in digital format only within a few days.

"We've got a PSA (public service announcement) we're airing many times," Bill Edmunds, station manager for Valley Vision, said Wednesday. "I don't know the exact date when this is going to happen. My guess is when it does happen we'll field a lot of phone calls from people wondering why they can't get Valley Vision. We'll send them on to Time Warner."
