CONWAY — Negotiating teams for the Conway Education Association (180-member teachers' union) and the Conway School Board will convene again on Wednesday morning trying to end the impasse on a 2011-12 contract.

The two sides will be taking part in mediation. They agreed two weeks ago on professional mediator Gary Altman, who handled the fact-finder's report after the sides went to impasse three years ago and following failed mediation. Altman, however, was unable to accept the most recent request due to an already full schedule.
