CONWAY — SAU 9 knows what it will be paying for fuel oil through April of 2013 and it could be a good deal given the volatile market.

Jim Hill, director of administrative services for SAU 9, locked in on the price of fuel oil on Oct. 3, accepting the low bid of Lyman Oil of $2.92 per gallon from November 2012 through April 2013.
