CONWAY — American Legion Post 46 of Tasker Hill Road in Conway invites the community to join them in a celebration of life on Sunday, Aug. 24, at 11 a.m. for late World War II veteran Bruce M. Comer, who died at his Conway home on May 7 at age 105.

“We hope everyone will come out and pay their respects to Bruce, who had to be one of the state’s oldest living World War II vets when he passed this spring,” said Joe Evans, district adjutant and past state commander for the American Legion. “We want to honor his service.”
