CONWAY — The Conway Zoning Board of Adjustment has continued the hearing about a cell tower proposed to be constructed off West Side Road to Sept. 16, and the balloon test will be take place in October.
Many residents and businesses are up in arms over a plan to build a 150-foot cell tower off of West Side Road that would compromise their views and be visible from Cathedral Ledge.
