WOLFEBORO — Police recently dropped two charges against Christina Fay who allegedly mistreated dozens of Great Danes at her Wolfeboro home. Meanwhile, she seeks greater control of the dogs and many issues surrounding the case will be dealt with at a hearing Oct. 3. 

In June, police and members of the Humane Society of the United States seized 84 dogs from locations in Wolfeboro and Bartlett. The Conway Area Humane Society received another nine dogs prior to the seizure.
