CONWAY — On April 8, residents will cast their votes on nearly 60 articles on the town warrant. With less than two weeks until voting, planning board chair Ben Colbath, Town Planner Ryan O’Connor and selectmen’s representative Steve Porter sat down with the Sun to discuss articles focused on planning and zoning. The full interviews can be viewed at conwaydailysun.com.
The bulk of the conversation centered around housing and the town’s highway district, which spans approximately from Burger King on Route 16 up to Artist Falls Road. The board said there are plans to expand the area’s water and sewer access, allowing for denser zoning.
