CONWAY — The driver of the tractor-trailer truck that ripped up the Conway Scenic Railroad tracks crossing Route near the Kennett Middle School has been  summonsed with a charge of conduct after an accident.Â
The Conway Policed log says that on Monday at around 11:10 a.m. a caller reported that a tractor-trailer truck towing an excavator "tore up the tracks" on Main Street and caused "significant damage" but that truck did not stop but continued northon Route 16.Â
