CONWAY — After hearing from a local landlord, Conway selectmen on Tuesday said they would take a second look at the fee structure for the town’s rental licensing program.

The board held the first of two public hearings on the fees associated with the rental property permit program. Zoning Officer Nick DeVito and Town Planner Ryan O'Connor led the discussion. DeVito said the proposed fees have been revised downward.
