CONWAY — Although SAU 9 Board members are open to learning about what a cooperative school board might look like, Conway School Board member Randy Davison considers the issue to be “a non-starter" for his town.

Davison told his colleagues from around the Mount Washington Valley “not to waste their time” by going down the cooperative path.
