NEW YORK CITY — Democratic Presidential candidate Andrew Yang of New York City is coming to Concord today (April 25) to talk about giving away  $12,000 to make the case for universal basic income.

Yang, an New York City based entrepreneur, author and father of two, is running on a platform of Universal Basic Income. As president, he says, he would enact "the Freedom Dividend," giving $1,000 per month to every adult U.S. citizen between the ages 18 and 64.
