OSSIPEE — The town of Ossipee withdrew its zoning complaint against Steven Brown, a former selectman's candidate who the town claimed was living illegally in an RV, after acknowledging a material fact in their case was wrong.
Now. the selectmen, led by chair Jonathan Smith, is lodging a new violation complaint against Brown, who told the Sun they can bring it on as he beat them in court the last time.Â
