CONWAY — A Carroll County grand jury has indicted a former Conway man on a charge of reckless conduct in connection with a shooting two years ago that resulted in injury to himself and a woman.

Lt. Chris Mattei said police were called to a report of a gunshot around 8:53 a.m. on Washington Street in Conway Village on Nov. 2, 2017.
