CONWAY — A Maine man was arrested on a slew of charges at North Conway's Walmart last week, including that he assaulted employees and police and possessed LSD.

David Cottrell, 41, of East Stoneham, Maine, is charged with felony-level possession of drugs (for allegedly having LSD). He also is charged with the following misdemeanors: five counts of simple assault (with two being subject to extended jail terms because police officers were alleged to be victims), two counts of resisting arrest and one count of criminal mischief.
