OSSIPEE — Lawmakers in Carroll County are grappling with how to conduct business in the wake of a world wide virus outbreak, which one lawmaker feared might cause the Legislature to be quarantined. 

Meanwhile, the governor's office has sent a memo detailing how local governments are to comply with the New Hampshire Right to Know Law during the emergency.
