CONWAY — Thursday was the 27th anniversary of the disappearance of Angel “Tony” Torres, who grew up in Denmark, Maine, but vanished from the Saco/ Biddeford/Old Orchard Beach area in 1999.
His parents will never forget that day, and have been keeping his memory alive with fundraisers and scholarships.
