CONWAY —With the hot-button issue of regulating short-term rentals pushed off until tonight when commissioners will discuss forming a planning board, at the much-delayed annual meeting of the Kearsarge Lighting Precinct about 100 voters July 15 acted on the budget and elected officers. 

The meeting was held at Cranmore Mountain Resort and at the outset of the outdoor meeting Moderator Jim Umberger, of Kearsarge, thanked Cranmore General Manager and President Ben Wilcox and events manager Megan Nelson for allowing the precinct to hold its meeting there.
