OSSIPEE — A public hearing on Ken Robichaud’s departure from his post as Carroll County’s administrator has been scheduled for Feb. 24, legislative delegation chair Edie DesMarais announced at Monday’s delegation meeting.

At the same meeting, a representative from Brookfield questioned credit-card expenses at the jail and the nursing home.
