FRYEBURG, Maine — Would you be willing to pay a little extra in taxes to provide a property tax break for the town’s elderly and neediest residents?

That’s essentially the question to be put to presidential primary voters in a non-binding survey set to be distributed at the American Legion Hall polling place March 3.
