CONWAY — What might seem easy to do is proving a little more difficult for school officials who would like to expand the popular after-school Project SUCCEED program into the Kennett Middle School, which now enrolls sixth-, seventh- and eighth-graders.

Project SUCCEED Program Director Tim Neugebauer met with the Conway School Board on Sept. 23 to discuss possible expansion opportunities for grades 6-8.
