CONWAY — Town officials announced Tuesday they do not plan to appeal a federal judge’s ruling that allows the doughnut mural on Leavitt’s Country Bakery to remain, ending a years-long legal battle over what had been deemed an oversized sign by town staff and the Zoning Board of Adjustment.

At Tuesday's meeting, the town planner cautioned the town about enforcing the sign ordinance going forward.
