CONWAY — Police are excited about their new drone, saying it will significantly aid in search and rescue missions. Bad guys will have a hard time hiding from its camera, which can read a license plate from 900 feet away.
In the first week of January, the police received their new DJI M30T drone with a thermal imager, which selectmen approved using $20,000 in American Rescue Plan Act funds to purchase, along with accessories.
