CONWAY — Earlier this month, the Trump administration announced it has deemed the Institute of Museum and Library Services "unnecessary," which means the cost for such services as interlibrary loans likely will be shifted to states or towns.

The White House announced March 14 that to cut government costs, several federal agencies would be defunded to the fullest extent possible, and the Institute of Museum and Library Services is among them.
