CONWAY — The confusing aspects of the town's new rental licensing and inspection program were  discussed at Tuesday's selectmen's meeting during a Q&A session between Deputy Town Manager Paul DegliAngeli and the Sun.

Asked about rental owners’ deadline to register with the town, DegliAngeli said landlords need only to file applications for a rental license by Jan. 1; they don’t have to actually have to have their license by that date. “If you make your application by that time, I don’t foresee any enforcement action,” said DegliAngeli.
