BARTLETT — Scott Grant, Bartlett’s longest-serving school board member, has no intention of stepping down as a representative in the ongoing tuition contract negotiations with the Conway School Board. He expressed disappointment that his integrity is being called into question and it sparked a lively discussion on Tuesday night.
The board received a letter from Conway School Board Vice Chair Ryan Wallace, who heads the tuition contract negotiations on Nov. 8 after Grant interjected himself into a Conway matter concerning the Kennett High School ice hockey program. In it, Wallace questioned Grant’s “motivations and truly wondered how the Conway School Board can continue having productive conversations with Scott Grant given his recent conduct.”
