CONWAY — Newly available criminal complaints against former Kennett High School chorus and performing arts teacher Holly Fougere shed light on the allegations of forgery against her.
On Feb. 5, Conway Police announced they arrested Fougere, 43, on seven felony counts of forgery and one count of theft. However, it wasn't until Friday that Conway District Court made them available. Fougere resigned in January. She was put on personal recognizance bail on Jan. 30.
