FRYEBURG, Maine — The familiar giant yellow helicopter from the Royal Canadian Air Force is back to train in New Hampshire’s mountains, making its home base at Eastern Slope Regional Airport in Fryeburg.
Royal Canadian Air Force’s from the 413 Transport and Rescue Squadron of Nova Scotia from 14 Wing Greenwood has come to do search and rescue training in the skies over the White Mountains. They have been coming to Fryeburg and the White Mountains for years.
