CONWAY — Developers of a housing project off Barnes Hill Road and Pudding Pond Drive like an idea suggested by the planning board to build a berm to shield it from the North-South Road.

Settlers Green developer Rob Barsamian wants to build an eight-building complex at the site of the now defunct North Conway Racquetball Club.
