OSSIPEE — A judge presiding over the animal cruelty case of Christina Fay, the woman of accused of mistreating over 70 Great Danes, is expected to decide today if Fay's vet must testify. 

A motion to quash the subpoenas of Bartlett vet Kate Battenfelder was made public by the judicial branch Monday. If put on the stand, the vet plans to plead the Fifth.
