BARTLETT — The New Hampshire Supreme Court affirmed a Bartlett’s man’s conviction for manufacturing and possessing child pornography in its decision on his appeal under the First Amendment and other grounds.

Timothy Barr, 31, was convicted in Carroll County Superior Court on June 12, 2018, of two counts of manufacture of child pornography and possession of child pornography. He received three yearlong sentences in county jail, one of which was suspended. In October 2018, he was released on personal recognizance pending the appeal.
