CONWAY — Community observances in North Conway and Jackson are scheduled to be held Monday honoring the 16th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks on the World Trade Center in New York City and the Pentagon in Washington, D.C.

Army veteran and retired school administrator Steve Woodcock of American Legion Post 95 will conduct the annual 9/11 Memorial Service in North Conway's Schouler Park, set to begin promptly at 8:46 a.m.
