Ground broken for senior rental apartments

 

CONWAY — At a groundbreaking ceremony for the three-story, 30-unit Conway Pines Senior Apartments affordable senior housing rental project last Friday, Oct. 23, developers talked of a facility that will serve the community for many years to come.

(JAMIE GEMMITI PHOTO)"This is a community project, that came about through community collaboration," said developer Chris Davies of Great Bridge Properties LLC. of Manchester, noting that the project was conditionally approved in July 2012 by the Conway Planning Board but that it took three tries to get its financing through the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority.
