• Leslie Lord, 39, of Conway had a charge of receiving stolen property placed on file without finding for six months pending good behavior.

• Justin DeGrande, 35, of Conway pleaded guilty to violation of protective order. He was given a 14- day jail sentence that was suspended for one year pending good behavior. He also was given a $620 fine with half suspended for one year.

• Noel Keirsey, 45, of Albany had a charge of theft placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior and completion of an anti-shoplifting course in 90 days.

• A bench warrant was issued for Joseph Comeau, 47, of Conway for failing to appear in court regarding charges of conduct after an accident, driving after revocation or suspension and driving without giving proof (of financial responsibility to the DMV for restoration of license).

• Robert Ouellette, 36, of Stow, Maine had a charge of criminal mischief placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior and payment of $500 in restitution. He pleaded guilty to theft and was given a $434 fine that was suspended for one year pending good behavior and payment of $12 in restitution.

• Mitchell Harmon, 30, of Conway pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated. He was fined $930, his driver’s license was revoked for one year and was referred to an impaired driver program. He may petition for early reinstatement. He pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and was fined $1,240.

• Paul Wilson, 34, of Intervale pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $930, his driver’s license and privilege to drive were revoked for one year and he was referred to an impaired driver program. He may petition for early reinstatement.

• Cody Leahy, 21, of Ossipee pleaded guilty to driving after revocation or suspension. He was fined $310. He pleaded guilty to driving without giving proof and was fined $310.

• Joseph Munro, 22, of Conway had a charge of theft placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior and payment of $450 in restitution.

• Domenic McAuliffe, 30, of Brownfield, Maine, pleaded guilty to negligent driving and was fined $620.

• Gregg Dawson, 45, of Bartlett pleaded guilty to reckless driving and was fined $620 and his driver’s license was revoked for 60 days.

• Albert Riddle, 18, of Freedom pleaded guilty to transportation of alcohol by a minor. He was fined $372.

• A bench warrant was issued for Ian Kennedy, 28, of Cambridge, Mass., for failing to appear in court regarding charges of driving after revocation or suspension, driving while intoxicated, suspension of vehicle registration and open container.

• David Ferris, 46, of Bethlehem pleaded guilty to theft. He was fined $434 and ordered to pay $9.88 in restitution.

• Matthew Fritze, 37, of Conway pleaded guilty to driving after revocation or suspension and was fined $310. He had charges of driving without proof and suspension of registration of vehicle placed on file without finding for one year.

• Michael Belcher, 56, of Conway pleaded guilty to driving after revocation or suspension and was fined $310.

• Mason Goodson, 23, of Tamworth pleaded no contest to driving while intoxicated. He was fined $620, his driver’s license was revoked for nine months and he was referred to an impaired driver program. He may petition for early reinstatement.

• Kayla Kennett, 23, of Tamworth pleaded no contest to reckless driving. She was given a $620 fine and her license was suspended for 60 days.

• Mariama Goncalves, 24, of Jackson pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated. She was fined $620. Her privilege to drive was revoked for nine months. She was referred to an impaired driver program. She may petition for early reinstatement.

• Kaedyn Stephan, 18, of Conway pleaded no contest to driving while intoxicated. He was fined $620, his driver’s license was revoked for one year and he was referred to an impaired driver program. He pleaded no contest to disobeying a police officer and was given a $620 fine that was suspended for one year.

• Peter Surette, 54, of Conway pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated. He was fined $930, his driver’s license was revoked for 18 month and he was referred to an impaired driver program. He may petition for early reinstatement.

• Steven Moone, 29, of Madison pleaded guilty to theft. He was given a $620 fine with $186 suspended for one year and a seven-day jail sentence that was suspended for a year. He also was ordered to pay $7.88 in restitution. A charge of falsifying physical evidence was placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

• Kerry Loftus, 46, of Conway pleaded guilty to driving after revocation or suspension. She was fined $620.

• Dorothea Wrobel, 64, of Stow, Maine pleaded guilty to reckless driving. She was fined $620 and her privilege to drive was suspended for 60 days.

• Alexander Erickson, 35, of Fryeburg, Maine pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated. He was fined $620, his privilege to drive was revoked for nine months and he was referred to an impaired driver program. He may petition for early reinstatement. He also pleaded guilty to conduct after an accident and was given a $310 fine that was suspended for one year pending good behavior. A charge of criminal mischief was placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior and payment of $129.94 to the victim.

• A bench warrant was issued for Geoffrey Sundgren, 61, of Lovell, Maine, for failing to appear in court in regards to charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct.

• A bench warrant was issued for Jean Downs, 48, of Conway for failing to appear in court regarding a charge of bail jumping.

• A bench warrant was issued for Glenn Phillips, 54, of Conway for failing to appear in court regarding charges of driving under the influence.

• A bench warrant was issued for Krystal Foster, 30, of Conway for failing to appear in court regarding a charge of simple assault.

• A bench warrant was issued for Nicole Goodwin, 19, of Tuftonboro for failing to appear in court regarding a charge of theft.

• Ann-Marie Sargent, 37, of Conway had charges of domestic violence simple assault and criminal mischief placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

• Roland Amoure, 25, of Conway had a charge of domestic violence simple assault placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

• Chris Chretien, 50, of Madison had a charge of domestic violence simple assault placed on file without finding pending six months of good behavior.

• Robert Reiche, 51, of Conway pleaded guilty to driving after revocation or suspension. He was given a $310 fine and ordered to pay $500 in restitution. His driver’s license was suspended for one year. A conduct after an accident charge was placed on file without finding for one year.

• John Whittier, 42, of Conway withdrew an appeal to the Carroll County Superior Court for convictions of disobeying an officer, violation of proactive order and resisting arrest or detention. He pleaded guilty to the charges. He was given $3,720 in fines with $3,100 suspended for two years. He was given a 180-day jail sentence that was suspended for two years.
