CONWAY — If you're a woman who has had breast cancer or meets certain risk factors, you may qualify to participate in the new "Healthy Lifestyle" program created by Memorial Hospital's Breast Health Center in partnership with A Better Body Fit in Eaton. Funded by the Susan G. Komen VT/NH affiliate, the series is designed to increase a woman's overall health and reduce her risk for breast cancer.
"As part of our outreach efforts, we wanted to find new ways to educate women about exercise and nutrition in a non-competitive environment," said Ashlee Chaine, Memorial Hospital's Breast Health Navigator. "We've developed this amazing six-week series working with Marylou Dow who is a nutritionist, exercise physiologist and personal trainer, and now we're looking for 10 women to sign up."
