PERFECT WEATHER after another 50-cent day shone down under summer skies with blues guitar virtuoso Duke Robillard and his band headlining the second Arts Jubilee of the season Thursday night at Cranmore Mountain Resort

Roy “the Skiing DJ” Prescott — host of WMWV 93.5-FM’s weekly Wednesday night “Blues Summit” program — was given the honor of introducing Duke, a legendary artist and founder of Westerly, R.I.-based Roomful of Blues. Robillard has regaled many local audiences in recent years at the Cold River Radio Show at Theater in the Wood in Intervale as well as a mini Cold River Radio Concert at the Wildcat Tavern in Jackson this past winter.
