The North Conway Public Library invites all to attend the first of its 2018 Thursday night program series on Thursday night, Jan. 18, at 7 p.m. at the Weather Discovery Center on Main Street in North Conway Village. Eaton’s Don and Betsy Gemmecke will present on their experiences from their 192-mile walk on the Wainwright Coast-to-Coast Trail across England last year.

There will be an Osher Lifelong Learning Institute winter/spring class preview on Wednesday, Jan. 17, at 5:30 p.m. at Granite State College at 53 Technology Lane in Conway. Refreshments will be served. For more information, go to olli.granite.edu
