BARTLETT — The Bartlett Hellen Hayes Memorial July 4 Parade has a new twist. To save the taxpayers' money, the festivities have been moved to the front of the school and utilize the school’s tent and bathrooms.

The parade route, lineup and location remains the same — it will start at Black Fly Field and come down Route 302 to School Street as always. Parade participants (only) will be allowed through the barricade in front of the school's K/1 wing and School Street, following along to the end of the school by the ball field, where floats, cars, bikes etc. will park.
