Spring is here, and at last we’ve been able to turn off the heat at the North Conway Community Center. The playground is busy and the leaves on our many surrounding trees have burst into a happy shade of green. Now it’s time to get the sprinklers and spray ground going after this long, cold winter.

Thanks to all who participated in the golf tournament last Wednesday. As always, it was held at our wonderful North Conway Country Club, and with 18 teams, this year’s tournament was greeted with a sunny, if cool day. It was a rousing success with over $9,000 in gross receipts. The winning team was composed of Brian Kelsch, Gary Hutchins, Tim Jackson and Mike Mohla. Well-played, gentlemen.
