Howard C. Kemp, 81, of Waltham, Mass., died Monday in Framingham, Mass., after a prolonged illness.

Born in Oakridge, Pa., where he was raised moving here to Waltham, where he met and married the love of his life Caroline J.( Krinopol) Kemp more than 59 years ago. He was a member of the Immanuel United Methodist Church of Waltham.
