Harold William Libby Sr., 72, of Freedom, N.H., died Saturday, April 25, 2020, after a long battle with lung cancer. His last weeks were spent surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Diana (Bodwell) Libby whom he shared 52 years of marriage.

Born March 9, 1948, in Porter, Maine. He was the son of the late William (Bill) and Frances (Woodman) Libby. He was raised in Freedom where he spent his childhood working his family farm, enjoying leading draft horses most of all. He left for a short time then returned to spend most of his adult life in Freedom.
