Nancy Pyne Barry died Aug. 22, 2002, at the Lehey Clinic in Burlington, Mass., after a long battle with liver disease.She was the loving wife of Richard N. Barry; devoted mother of Erik S. Barry of North Conway; daughter of E. Wallace and Eleanor M. Pyne of Scituate, Mass.; and sister of John J. Pyne of Scituate, Mass., Edward Pyne of Norwell, Mass., Richard F. Pyne of Scituate, Mass., and Peppy Morley of Abington, Mass. She had nine nieces and nephews and 16 great nieces and nephews of whom she was very proud.Nancy was a bookkeeper for 20 years at the Carriage Inn restaurant in North Conway, working under the office of brother John J. Pyne, CPA. She graduated from Cardnal Cushing College and was raised in Belmont, Mass. She was loved by many and will always be remembered as a kind and giving woman.A memorial mass will be celebrated Tuesday, Aug. 27, at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of the Mountains Church in North Conway.
