Artists, art enthusiasts and community invited to take part
You can make a difference by participate in this uniquely important opportunity to recreate the Mount Washington Valley Arts Association to better serve area artists, art enthusiasts and our community atlarge. This is an evening program on Friday, Jan. 5, 5:30 to 9:30 p.m., at the Salyards Center for the Arts, 110 Main Street, Conway. The event is free. Light refreshments will be served. Please preregister by calling Dave at 356-3779.This event will feature a forum for innovative idea sharing and constructive conversation, with the goal of creating a newly revitalized blueprint for the Mount Washington Valley Arts Association's futurea non-profitorganization promoting the visual arts and serving local artists for over 30 years. The ideas and dreams presented at this meeting will help determine the future.Who should attend? Anyone interested in promoting the visual arts in Mount Washington Valley. All artists, related businesses, gallery owners, patrons of the arts, members and non-members are asked to come help enhance community interest and sales in this area.
