CONWAY — The Mount Washington Valley Adult Day Center has been awarded a $30,000 grant from New Hampshire Charitable Foundation’s Neil and Louise Tillotson Fund to support the launch of the Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience program in Coos County.

GUIDE, a groundbreaking initiative developed by the Innovation Center of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), delivers comprehensive, coordinated dementia care through traditional Medicare.
