Corice Mae Feindel

Corice Mae Feindel, 98, formerly of Rocky Knoll Rd., Denmark, Maine, died Oct. 22, 2005 at her caregiver Charlotte Avanzato's home on Notch Rd. in Hiram, Maine. Corice was born July 12, 1907 in South Carver, Mass. the daughter of Perley R.F. Bradbury and Harriett (Buck) Bradbury. She lived in Denmark most of her life and graduated from Bridgton Academy, class of 1924. Corice was the Denmark Post Master for more than 25 years. She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, gardening, feeding the birds and her cat Lucky.She was predeceased by her husband Allen Feindel and a brother Roger Bradbury. Corice is survived by a daughter Allene Westleigh and her husband Trafton; two grandchildren Edward A. Westleigh and Lois M. Allen-Bowden; and two great-grandchildren Victoria M. Westleigh and Corissa Westleigh, all of Denmark.A graveside service will be held 10 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2005 at the L.A. Berry Cemetery in Denmark, with Rev. John Fillmore-Patrick officiating. Donations may be made in memory of Corice to the Denmark Congregational Church, P.O. Box 816, Denmark, ME 04022.Arrangements are with Wood Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Fryeburg.
